In just one year the 2016 elections will take place and to mark the occasion this year members of the Carroll County Democrats will hold a “One Year From Today” fundraising dinner on Sunday, November 8. Co-Chair Tim Tracy says party members wanted to bring all Carroll area Democrats together to get fired up for the Iowa Caucuses and to continue to share positive messages of growth and prosperity for all hard working Americans.
Keynote speakers at the event will include Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller, Iowa Treasurer Mike Fitzgerald, and State Senator Chaz Allen of Newton. The Democratic Presidential, as well as state and federal candidates, have also been invited to attend. The fundraising dinner will begin at 6:00 pm and be held at the Swan Lake Nature Center south of Carroll. Tickets can be purchased at the door or at www.carrollcountydemocrats.com for $25.00.
