Republican Presidential Candidate and US Senator from Florida Marco Rubio is a constitutionalist, and as such, says the United States Supreme Court has overstepped their bounds and deviated from their prescribed role. During a town hall meeting in Carroll, Rubio said the Constitution was never meant to be a living document. It was meant to be interpreted based on its original intent and the intent of the amendments, then applied to the case in point.
