Republican Presidential candidate, Dr. Ben Carson, will be returning to Iowa after the final GOP debate of the year tonight (Tuesday) and will be hosting a town hall meeting in Carroll on Saturday, Dec. 19. Carson will speak at the Santa Maria Winery events center from 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. Doors for this event will open early, at 7:15 a.m., for check-ins.
