A traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 71 and Broadway Street in Audubon at approximately 12:15 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 20 led to the arrest of 37-year-old Sheila Elizabeth Wurr of Glidden. Wurr was charged with Operating While Intoxicated—first offense and was transported to the Audubon County jail. She was released after posting bond and will appear before the magistrate on Dec. 28.
