Mass of the Christian Burial for 88 year old Lorraine Gehling of Carroll will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Carroll. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Carroll. Friends may call at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll after 4:30 p.m. on Monday where there will be a rosary at 5 p.m. and a Christian Wake Service at 6:30 p.m on Monday evening. The casket will be moved to Holy Spirit Church at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning where visitation will resume until time of the funeral mass. Lorraine Gehling is survived by her children: Jan Gehling of Carroll, Matt of Carroll, and Jean Gehling of Essex…..5 grandchildren…..4 great grandchildren……2 sisters: Rita Wuebker of Milford and Lois Hoffman of Coon Rapids….and 2 brothers: Clarence Berning of Carroll and Leo “Pete” Berning of Arcadia.
