Officials with Waldorf College in Forest City revealed a new image and name in a special presentation to faculty, staff, alumni and students yesterday (Wednesday). Effective March 17, the school will officially be known as Waldorf University and will implement a new brand identity to accompany this change. President Robert Alsop said this is an exciting and important milestone for everybody who is linked to Waldorf and they are honoring the school’s rich history with a new position. In this year-long process, marketing partner, Flynn Wright, helped Waldorf shape the new campaign titled “We are Warriors” as a rally for the school. This will be integrated in everything from campus signage to recruitment and athletic commitments and all marketing and communications. A full rollout of the new image will be celebrated in a campus-wide event scheduled for March.
