The Manning Economic Development Agency (EDA) announced last night that they had approved a loan to Teresa Wickland of Carroll to open a bar/restaurant at the former Third and Main location at 301 Main Street in Manning. Wickland has signed a purchase agreement for the equipment and will be entering into a lease agreement shortly to move rapidly toward the goal of a March opening.
