Two Carroll volunteer firefighters, who served the Carroll community for the past four years, have resigned from the department. Jon Schreck and Jon Bruner both announced their resignations at the regular January department meeting, and Fire Chief, Greg Schreck, recently announced that replacements have been selected. Several candidates were vetted through interviews and physical agility testing and Schreck recommended the appointment of Eric Hahn and Justin Yetmar to fill the open positions. Mayor Dr. Eric Jensen and the City Council approved Schreck’s recommendation.
