The Carroll County and Greene County Sheriff’s Offices, the Iowa State Patrol and Department of Criminal Investigation Agents assisted the Jefferson Police Department in executing narcotic search warrants on Friday, April 15. At approximately 12:20 p.m. the law enforcement officers conducted the search at 304 and 306 West Reed Street in Jefferson. Several items of interest were removed from 306 West Reed Street for testing. The narcotics investigation is ongoing.
