Greene County will be hosting their 20th Annual Relay for Life on Saturday, April 23, beginning at the Greene County Community Center in Jefferson. Check-in for teams and for the Color Out Cancer 5K run/walk as well as Luminaria sales and silent auction bidding will all get underway at 9:30 a.m. The Survivors walk will begin at 10:20 a.m. and there will be Beef and Pork BBQ served by Beta Sigma Phi, sponsored by Fareway and grilled by the Greene County Cattleman and Pork Producers from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Throughout the day, entertainment will be provided by the Greene County Community Choir, Greene County High School Jazz Band, Rhythm Room Dancers, the Town and Country Band and Prairie Blue Creative Arts.
