A routine traffic stop in Exira at approximately 9 p.m. Friday, April 22, has resulted in the arrest of 41-year-old Stephanie Joan Clark of Atlantic. Clark has been charged with Possession of Marijuana and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Clark was transported to the Audubon County Jail and later released on her own signature. An appearance in Magistrate court is set for Thursday, April 28.
