Feauto Sentenced To Two Suspended Sentences

It has taken just shy of two years, but 19-year-old Trevor Feauto of Clarksville pled guilty yesterday (Monday) in Sac County District Court to two counts of homicide by vehicle in the Aug. 23, 2014 deaths of two 16-year-old Wall Lake teenagers, Bailey Jacobsen and Lindsay Quirk. The judge handed down a sentence of two consecutive 10-year sentences to be suspended, fines of $150,000 on each of the two counts and 10-years of probation. As part of the plea deal, Feauto will also be required to share his story and aid in educating students at three high schools about the real-life consequences of drinking and driving. It was reported that Feauto’s blood alcohol level at the time of the accident was .133 percent.
