For the second consecutive year, St. Anthony Regional Hospital has received accolades for providing excellent healthcare and outstanding patient experiences and has been presented the Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award. Only two other hospitals in the state of Iowa have been named among the top five percent in the nation two years in a row. “St. Anthony proudly accepts the Healthgrades recognition signifying our team’s commitment to patient safety and care,” said SARH CEO, Ed Smith. “Our team’s dedication to serving others extends beyond knowledgeable and skilled care, coupling quality and compassionate care for the best possible experience.” Healthgrades evaluated 3,858 hospitals through patient surveys to determine each hospital’s performance in patient experiences. St. Anthony was also recognized for excellent care in orthopedics and named a five-star hip fracture treatment center.
