Twenty-three-year-old Marne Marie Irlbeck of Carroll was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, after a single-vehicle rollover accident on Monday, July 25, on 260th Street south of Carroll. At approximately 3:31 p.m., Irlbeck, who was driving a 2002 Suzuki XL7 westbound on 260th, lost control of the vehicle and rolled it into the south ditch. Irlbeck received minor injuries in the accident and was treated by Carroll County Emergency Medical Services at the scene. There was an estimated $7,000 in damages to her vehicle.
