Two Jefferson women have been formally charged after an investigation into an incident of reported underage drinking at Wild Rose Casino in Jefferson on Aug. 6. Allison Stoline and Chelsea Flack, both 20, were charged with misuse of license or ID card to acquire alcohol. The Jefferson Police department reports they have also obtained warrants for possession of fictitious licenses against both women.
