Members of the Carroll Police Department are inviting the public to join them at their next Coffee with Cops, which will take place at MC’s Café tomorrow (Thursday) morning. Sgt. Gary Bellinghausen, who was instrumental in the development of the program, says it has dual benefits as it lets them meet more of the people of Carroll and gives Carroll residents a chance to meet members of the force in a different context.
Officers will be at MC’s tomorrow from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
