Skeeter Creek Fabricators Art & Antiques of Jefferson, offering a wonderfully eclectic mix of consignment art and antiques, just celebrated their first anniversary this past June. They have now been named as the target for the community’s next Cash Mob. On Saturday, Oct. 15, everyone is invited to join the Jefferson Matters: Main Street promotion committee to gather at their office at 9:45 a.m. From there, the group will travel to Bunker’s Donuts for sustenance and then will proceed to Skeeter Creek. Each participant must agree to spend $20 at the target location, and then their receipts will be placed in a drawing for $25 in Chamber Bucks. Not only is this a great opportunity to check out what Skeeter Creek and Bunker’s Donuts has to offer, it is a fun way to infuse some cash into local businesses in a short period of time.
