Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate Tim Kaine’s wife, Anne Holton, stopped in Carroll Tuesday afternoon on the campaign trail, and U.S. Senate candidate, Patty Judge, joined her during the event at the Carroll County Democratic headquarters on East 5th Street in Carroll. Judge emphasized the importance of the election and the impact it will have on the future of the country. Judge says her opponent, Republican incumbent, Senator Charles Grassley, does not engage with voters on issues.
