A report of several off-road go-carts being operated on the city streets in Scranton last evening (Wednesday) was received by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 5:03 p.m. One of the go-carts, being operated by 23-year-old Trey Donte Hill of Carroll, was stopped by the deputy. Hill was issued a citation for driving while suspended and the go-cart was impounded and transported to a lock-down facility.
