Capt. Mark Heino’s law enforcement career has spanned nearly 40 years, with the majority of that spent working to serve the people of Carroll. On Wednesday, Nov. 30, he will be officially retiring from the department, and was recently recognized by Mayor, Eric Jensen, and the city council for his dedication.
The public is invited to thank Capt. Heino for his years of service and to wish him well on his retirement at an open-house reception Wednesday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. in the City Hall lobby.
