Lake City farmer, Andrew Lauver, has been presented the Iowa Soybean Association and DuPont Pioneer New Leader Award. Lauver, who was raised on a fifth-generation family farm near Lake City, has been recognized for his outstanding involvement and commitment to promoting the soybean industry and agriculture. He is a graduate of Iowa State University and is active in the Iowa Soybean Association, 4-H, Farm Bureau, the Agriculture Future of America Alliance and the Iowa Corn Growers’ Association. Lauver is currently pursuing a master of agribusiness degree from Kansas State University, farms and is a sales representative for DuPont Pioneer.
