With a focus on the county’s workforce identified as a priority for the Carroll Area Development Corporation (CADC), they are working on researching personnel recruitment throughout the area. All Carroll County businesses and employers are invited to participate in a survey that will help the CADC get a better picture of the current workforce needs. The survey consists of 11 short answer and multiple choice questions. Results from the survey will identify the types of positions available, the methods employers are using to recruit employees and what options should be considered for creating connections between employees and the workforce. The CADC task force will identify strategies based on the findings from the survey.
