Mass of the Christian Burial for 86 year old Colett Meyers of Lake View will be Friday at 11am at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Wall Lake. Burial will be at 2 Friday afternoon at the St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Breda. The Breda American Legion Auxiliary will form an honor guard for the funeral mass. Visitation will be at the church after 10 Friday morning until time of Mass. The arrangements are under the direction of the Sharp Funeral Home in Breda. Colett Meyers is survived by her children: Mike of Missouri, Margaret Quandt of Carroll, Marty & Steve, both of Missouri, Mary Rourke of Omaha, Sharon Meyers of Columbus Junction, and Kenny of Alaska….8 grandchildren….4 great grandchildren….and her siblings: Gene Derner of Dedham, Jim Derner of Sac City, Don Derner of Lake View, Mae Knobbe of Carroll, Eileen Bruning of California, Ione Schloegel of Minnesota, and Annette Ratigan of Bancroft.
