The Carroll Police Department is investigating a group of tire slashings that occurred Sunday night into Monday morning around the Graham Park area. Chief of Police, Brad Burke, said there were 20 victims. Some cars had one tire slashed, others had all four slashed, but they do not believe any of these individuals were targeted. According to Burke, these were random acts. The department is following up on some good leads, and are hoping to be able to provide more details and a resolution within the next week.
