Public Measure S, the bond referendum for a $4.5 million tax levy to fund the $6.2 million stadium reconstruction project, passed in a landslide victory, and the Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Directors is looking towards the next stages of the project. Board President, Jen Munson, says they still need to find a company to manage the job.
She says they will begin releasing those bids in the near future. If no major snags crop up, Munson believes work could begin this year.
According to Munson, only one sport will be affected by the construction.
The exact project timeline depends largely on how the bidding process turns out. For stadium and design concepts, check the image gallery included with this story on our website.
