The Glidden Wellness Center is offering a great deal to its members to encourage them to be healthy. Throughout March, three fitness classes per week will be available at no extra cost. Every Tuesday and Thursday, “Stretch and Strength” courses will be taught be Michele Snyder and Kim Linde. Another class, the “Fit Group”, is available on Monday evenings with Becca Conner leading the class. Membership to the Wellness center is $120 for an annual membership, $100 for people over 60, $80 for six months or $20 on a monthly basis. The free classes are only available to members.
