The Carroll Chamber of Commerce 11th Annual Hoop It Up Basketball Tournament this weekend will continue as scheduled, regardless of the winter conditions. The two-day event, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 25 and 26, originally guaranteed teams at least three games. Teams that are unable to make it due to the weather will forfeit any games missed. Forfeited games will count against the number of games promised to teams, but they are still eligible to compete in the championship bracket on Sunday. Registered teams will still receive Hoop It Up t-shirts for their players. Teams that are still attending, but may be late, and teams that will miss Hoop It Up entirely are asked to contact the Chamber.
