The Iowa chapter of the Lincoln Highway Association (LHI) has announced the 25th annual national conference will be held from Tuesday, June 20 through the morning of June 24 at the Boulders Conference Center in Denison. In addition to featured speakers, the conference will include a bus tour of many of the sites along the highway that will provide attendees with interesting facts and features of each. Tours will be going as far east as Ogden and as for a west as Elk Horn, Neb. This year’s conference will be celebrating the 104-year history of the Lincoln Highway as the first transcontinental highway in the United States, extending from Times Square in New York City to Lincoln Park in San Francisco, Calif.
