The Carroll Police Department responded to the report of a semi tractor-trailer and car accident on Highway 30 at the Clark Street intersection Friday morning. Police Chief, Brad Burke, reported that no injuries were sustained by any parties involved in the collision. At this time, officers were still at the scene.
