The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office reported to the scene of a single-vehicle accident at approximately 4:04 p.m. Thursday afternoon south of Lidderdale. Deputies arrived to find that 15-year-old Chloe Jade Scott of Glidden was westbound on 190th Street between Robin and Quail Avenues in a 1999 Toyota Camry, when she hit the soft gravel on the side of the roadway. Scott overcorrected to the left side of the road and then overcorrected again to the right side, entering the ditch where the car rolled over, coming to rest on all four tires. Scott was not injured in the accident, but there was an estimated $3,000 in damage to her vehicle.
