Jean Seidl, Carroll County Treasurer, is thrilled to announce that her office will begin issuing driver’s licenses and state IDs five-days-a-week effective Monday, May 1. Driver’s license services will be accessible from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Carroll County Courthouse, but applicants must arrive and check in by 3:30 p.m. Car drives will be scheduled on Tuesdays and will be by appointment only, and motorcycle drives will be added at a later date. Seidl also says that, at this time, her office will not be conducting CDL drives. More information on those can be found by following the link included below.
