Commercial Savings Bank (CSB) announced Thursday an official ground breaking ceremony for a new banking facility in Carroll. The event is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 2 at 4 p.m. at the future location at 325 West Highway 30 near the intersection of 30 and Carroll Street. Bank Vice President, Ryan Milligan, says construction is planned to start shortly after they break ground
CSB has been in their current location on Adams Street since 1953 and celebrated their 100 year anniversary this year. Milligan says this is an exciting time for the bank as they prepare for another 100 years with a new building.
Construction is expected to last about 14 months, finishing up in June of 2018. Milligan says the new building will bring a variety of features to CSB as well as being visually appealing.
The event is open to the public, and CSB encourages all their customers and community members to attend the ceremony.
