From Friday to Monday, nearly 20 different garage sales are going on in town and in the surrounding communities. A map of the sales can be found included below this story. Saturday, May 27, is the first day the Lake View Farmers’ Market is open for the season from 8 a.m. to noon near Main Street and Market Square. Saturday also features a pancake fundraiser for the Log Cabin and Historical Museum from 8 a.m. to noon at the American Legion Hall, a Garden Club plant sale at 9 a.m. on Market Square and the Memorial Day Bike Ride beginning at noon at The Bar to benefit the Speaker Park Splash Pad.
