St. Anthony To Honor Dr. Rose Mason On Retirement At Denison Clinic Open House

St. Anthony Regional Hospital is inviting everyone to recognize Dr. Rose Mary Mason on her retirement and to get a first look at the renovated St. Anthony Denison Clinic at 1820 4th Ave. South on Highway 30 in Denison. The open house will be held Sunday, June 11 from noon to 2 p.m. “We welcome our fellow community members and neighbors to visit the St. Anthony Denison clinic and join us in honoring the legacy of care established by Dr. Mason and Dr. Tan Creti,” says Ed Smith, St. Anthony President and CEO. “The transition and remodeling of the clinic displays our commitment to expanding and improving health care service offerings throughout west central Iowa,” Smith adds. Formerly the Crawford County Clinic, the building was donated to St. Anthony in May of 2016. Last September, they unveiled the $1.8 million renovation of the now 9,000 square-foot clinic. In addition to tours of the building, which houses a specialty clinic, exam rooms, office space, an x-ray room and more, attendees can honor Crawford County Clinic co-founder, Dr. Mason. “I have enjoyed caring for my patients, their families and the community of Denison over the past 45 years,” Mason says. She goes on to say that it has been an honor and privilege to be part of so many lives and she appreciates her patients’ loyalties and the friendships she has developed, simply by doing something she loves.
