Even though classes have been out for less than a month, the Carroll Community School District (CCSD) is already asking families to start preparing for the 2017-18 year. Bus routes are being planned and a registration is required to use district transportation to and from classes. To sign up a student for a bus route, go to the district’s website at www.carroll.k12.ia.us. Under the “District Information” tab, click on “Transportation.” Preschool and Optional Kindergarten registrations require a separate form from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The district must be notified for each student wishing to ride the school bus. For families without a computer and wishing to sign up, the CCSD District Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Adams Elementary School Building at 1026 North Adams Street. To ensure all students have a space on the bus, forms must be submitted by Friday, July 14. Only families whose information has changed from last year need to complete a new form.
