The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers free, confidential assistance through consultants to area businesses. Next Monday, June 19, the SBDC, along with Jefferson Matters: Main Street and the Greene County Development Corporation are hosting a free Business After Hours presentation at the Jefferson Elk’s Lodge. SBDC consultant, Kimberly Tiefenthaler, along with Bonnie Silbaugh and Ken Paxton, with the Economic Vitality Committee of Jefferson Matters: Main Street, will lead a panel of local business people to build awareness on ways to make transitions as seamless as possible as well as preview other services available through SBDC. The evening begins with a social hour at 5:15 p.m. and the 45-minute to one-hour program getting underway at 5:45 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
