A Carroll woman has hit the jackpot with a scratch ticket purchased at Reiling’s 71 South. The Iowa Lottery announced Wednesday that the $10 scratch game ticket from the $100,000 Mega Crosswords game has won Debbie Pille $10,000. Pille claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery’s regional office in Storm Lake. This ticket was the 20th out of 33 $10,000 prizes that are available in this game.
