Arrest Warrants Sought For Suspect In Jefferson Counterfeit Money Case

Jefferson authorities are requesting an arrest warrant following an investigation into an incident on July 17. The Jefferson Police Department reports they are seeking warrants on 27-year-old Dray Rivera of Grand Junction for two counts of forgery, a class D felony. Rivera is suspected in the passing of two counterfeit $100 bills in separate transactions at the Kum & Go at 303 North Elm Street in Jefferson.
