SMCH, McCrary Rost Clinics And Community Pharmacy Support Local Playground Project

Stewart Memorial Community Hospital (SMCH) in Lake City, the McCrary Rost Clinics and Community Pharmacy have provided a $500 gift in support of the Gowrie playground project. Cindy Carstens, CEO of SMCH, says the hospital formed a Community Health Needs Assessment committee to focus on initiatives that improve employee wellness as well as the health and wellness in the communities they serve. As health care providers, she says they are proud to support the endeavors that promote wellness and physical activities. “It’s an honor to support the Gowrie playground project and help encourage physical activity,” Carstens adds.
