Registration is due in by tomorrow, Aug. 10, to secure a seat on the Oktoberfest tour to Omaha, Neb. Attendees will be traveling in style from the Manning Hausbarn Heritage Park to the German-American Society in Omaha on Friday, Sept. 15 for a historic tour that includes the Old Market Entertainment District, the Gold Coast District, billionaire Warren Buffet’s home, a Scottish Castle and more. Music, dancing and traditional German food and drink are on the agenda after the tour. The tour will leave Manning at noon and then make the return trip home from Omaha at 11:45 p.m. Cost will be dependent on the number of participants. If there are 20 to 29 people, it will cost $80 per person. If there are between 30 and 44 the price drops to $60 and with 45 to 55 people, the cost would be $50 per person. Registration can be done in person at the Hausbarn Heritage Park office or by contacting them by using the information included below.
