The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an Exira man after an incident outside a business in Exira Friday night. At approximately 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 18, 29-year-old James Aaron Humlicek was taken into custody by deputies and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct, both simple misdemeanors. Humlicek was transported to the Audubon County jail and released later on his own recognizance. He is schedule to appear before a Magistrate on Thursday, Aug. 24.
