Carroll County Auditor, Kourtney Irlbeck, has reported that they have received the absentee ballots, and residents can now cast their votes for the Nov. 7 city elections. Ballots are available at the Auditor’s Office in the Carroll County Courthouse, and votes can be cast during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Residents can also request ballots through the contact information included here. Absentee voting can be done now until 11 a.m. on Election Day.
