The Jefferson Police Department was called to the Wild Rose Casino Resort Jefferson on Wednesday evening on the report of an assault. They arrived at approximately 8:06 p.m. to learn that a male patron had been punched in the head by a known female. A video recording of the event was reviewed and has resulted in the request for an arrest warrant for 41-year-old Lynn Davis of Jefferson for simple assault, a simple misdemeanor.
