A new entertainment option will be opening in downtown Carroll very soon. City Manager, Mike Pogge Weaver says Full Swing will be a fun new indoor recreational offering for Carroll.
Pogge-Weaver says that the relocation of Blush Boutique will open space within the mall area.
The business has requested a class B beer permit and a class C native wine permit from the city, which will be discussed at Monday’s regular City Council meeting.
