The East Sac County senior football players have outdone themselves this year with money raised for the Sac County Mentoring Program. Last week, team members were able to present a check in the amount of $2,600 to mentoring coordinator, Jayne Wilhelm. The team raised the biggest chunk of the money donated through their annual Homecoming jersey auction. In 2016, the team raised $2,075 at their jersey auction and an additional $350 was raised through t-shirt sales for the pink out football game.
