Mass of the Christian Burial for 73-year-old Darrell Schettler of Carroll will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Carroll where the Carroll American Legion will form an honor guard for the funeral mass. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Merle Hay Memorial Cemetery near Glidden. Friends may call at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll after 4 p.m. Sunday where there will be a Christian Wake Service at 6 Sunday evening. Visitation will resume at the church after 9:30 Monday morning until time of Mass. Darrell Schettler is survived by his wife: Sarah of Carroll…..his children: Bob of California & Karen Boyce of Carroll…..4 grandchildren…..and his siblings: Emily Morris, Bill, Mary LaLiberte, Robert, David & Cecilia Ehrecke.
