Jefferson Police Deal With Second Unruly Person In A Week At Greene County Middle School

For the second time in one week, the Jefferson Police Department assisted with disruptive behavior at the Greene County Middle School on West Harrison Street, this time the complaint was against a student. School officials requested assistance with a student who was breaking items in the classroom, being disorderly and harassing staff and other students with vulgar language. The juvenile male also spit gum into the face of one of the staff members. He was removed from the school and charged with assault and disorderly conduct, both simple misdemeanors.
