The Hotel Pattee in Perry has been named a Trip Advisor Hall of Fame hotel. Members of the organization made the announcement Wednesday that they have been recognized as a Trip advisor Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame winner, which celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently adhere to great traveler reviews on the travel website. “We are so pleased to be awarded this honor and to have it based on the reviews of our guests for the past five years,” says owner, Thomas Maxwell. “This award is a credit to the staff that works so hard to provide a memorable stay to all our guests.” Only about 10 percent of the total number of businesses listed with Trip Advisor receive this recognition, and only a small fraction of those go on and are named five-time Hall of Fame winners. Hotel Pattee houses 40 individually decorated and themed guest rooms, a state-of-the-art bowling center, a full-service dining room and lounge, a spa and its own dedicated library.
