Since this past September, Kuemper Catholic School Systems has been slowly and deliberately conducting a study on the pros and cons of adjusting to one campus. President, John Steffes, says that in November, six sub-committees were formed to each focus on a specifically designated area, such as the culture of the school, the faith and the impact on the parishes and facilities, how much space is available and more. Recently, the board received this final report and it is being made available to anyone interested in reviewing it.
Steffes says the board will be working towards a decision in the very near future, and the report is going to be key in helping point them in the right direction. According to Steffes, it contains a comprehensive breakdown.
The committee did not make any recommendation on what should or should not be done. Steffes says, the decision will most likely be made this summer, barring any unforeseen changes. Again, anyone interested in reading the report can pick up a copy at any of the school offices.
