The 65th Annual Black Hawk Lake Summer Water Carnival is only a few weeks away, and organizers are trying to get the word out on a major scheduling change. Generally, the fireworks display is held the last day of the carnival, but Lake View City Administrator, Scott Peterson, says they will be moving it to the first day of the celebration.
